Thousands of service contractors in the American Home Shield network are eligible to earn a share of up to $600,000 in bonuses for quality performance and customer satisfaction in 2014. This year, American Home Shield, the nation’s leading provider of home warranties, is offering bonuses to more than 100 contractors:
“American Home Shield service contractors work hard and we want to show our appreciation by recognizing them among their peers,” said Dave Quandt, vice president of field services for American Home Shield, a business unit of The ServiceMaster Company, LLC, one of the world's largest residential and commercial service networks. “This is the fifth year we’re offering a quality bonus and a recent survey showed that this program is one of the top benefits of working with American Home Shield.”
Quandt explained that customer feedback weighs so heavily in the scoring process because of the emphasis that American Home Shield places on the customer experience in every aspect of its operations.
“Last year our service contractors responded to nearly 3 million customer service requests,” he said. “When customers feel they receive exceptional service, they’re more likely to refer that service contractor to friends and family — this lets us know we’re hitting the mark and also opens the door for service contractors to grow their business.”
Service contractors in the American Home Shield network began earning points on Jan. 1, however, there is still time for new service contractors to join the network and obtain eligibility for the bonuses.
